This "Beach Block" 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family ranch home features modern conveniences and Central Air Conditioning. Newly and graciously renovated with ceramic tile foyer, hallway & kitchen. Newly carpeted bedrooms and living/dining room. Tastefully decorated and just across the street from the beach entrance.  Our home is in a quiet, single family home residential neighborhood with views of the casinos.  Off street parking for 3 cars.  Bathrooms feature ceramic floor & wall tiles as well as pedestal sinks. Private fenced patio in backyard with an outdoor shower for after-beach use, (3) chaise lounge chairs, table with umbrella & (4) chairs for al fresco dining and a second table with (4) chairs.  Very convenient location with full service grocery store (Shop N' Bag), pizza/wing take-out, Sack-O-Sub's hoagie/sub shop, fast food, Chinese take-out & upscale seafood restaurants being only a 3 minute drive away! 

Master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom has its own TV and combo VHS/DVD player.  Queen-sized bedroom with TV & VHS player. 3rd Bedroom features two twin beds and is decorated with nautical decor. Family room has modern leather sofas & chairs, DirectTV satellite TV with combo VHS/DVD player and Modern art. Modern dining room with (4) black wicker chairs and glass topped table. Adjacent eat-in kitchen has glass topped table with (2) additional chairs.  Modern kitchen has 4-burner gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, hand mixer, glasses, dishes, utensils and more! Washer/Dryer are located off of the kitchen. Full Bathroom off the hallway has tub/shower and new pedestal sink.

The beach entrance is just across the street (accessed from Sandy Lane).  Our home is conveniently located near two different access points, both of which are just a short walk (approx. 4 houses away).  Our southern, sandy beach is expansive and is a popular destination for surfers, boogie boarders, swimmers and boating enthusiasts. 

Just a short 5 minute drive over the bridge to Atlantic City's casinos and boardwalk, in case you want to do a little gambling & shopping. With the new tunnel extending from the Garden State Parkway, it's now quick & easy to get to Brigantine Island without going through Atlantic City.

Brigantine Island has a lot to offer with 18-hole golf, eight public tennis courts, basketball courts, six recreational and play areas, miles of beaches, water activities, surf fishing, public swimming pool, etc. Five nearby marinas offer boat & jet ski rentals as well as fishing excursions, dolphin watching, etc.

  • A fine semi-private 18-hole golf course and clubhouse facilities delight golfing enthusiasts. Brigantine Golf Links recently invested 2.2 million dollars upgrading the club and grounds and is continuing to improve the course on a regular basis.
  • The Brigantine Yacht Club and The Brigantine Rowing Club and more than a dozen marinas offer facilities for all types of boating.
  • Historic Village of Smithville - Restored 18th century village. Over 60 shops and restaurants.

Booking Requirements, Payment Schedule, Terms:


Reserving Your Desired Week
Please call Heather at 1-570-868-1100 to ensure your week is available.  A 30% deposit towards the contract is required in order to reserve your desired week of stay.  The deposit can be made with a Personal Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

Security Deposit
In addition to the weekly contract rate, a $250.00 refundable security deposit is also required.  This security deposit is refunded to the tenant 30 days after check-out, as long as the home has been left in the manner found.  A personal calling card should be used if making a toll call or long distance call.  

Refunds
We have a no-cancellation policy.  In case of death or family emergency, if the property can be re-rented then either a portion of the contract or the entire contract will be refunded.  We highly recommend travel insurance.

Check-In / Check-Out
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.  Check-in occurs at 4 pm.  Check-out occurs at 10 am. 

Cleaning
We do employ a cleaning crew to clean the property after you check out.  However, they only have a few hours to clean the home before the next tenants check in.  We ask that outgoing tenants be considerate and perform some simple tasks before checking out.  This includes washing & putting away dishes, clearing all food items from the refrigerator and cabinets, disposing of trash in a proper manner, remaking beds with comforters & pillows, putting furniture back if it was moved, etc.
