Description: Planning a summer trip Down the Shore? Our home is only one block from the beach and 7th Street Ocean City, NJ boardwalk! We are at the corner of Plymouth Place and Atlantic Avenue. This lovely 3-story single family home is named the "Fireside Cottage", Circa 1912.  Very spacious, 4600 sq ft home consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, eat-in kitchen w/island, large family room with sun room, laundry room as well as two 2nd floor decks.  This home is perfect for family gatherings at the Shore. Has (6) new air-conditioning units throughout (one in each bedroom and one for the family room), ceiling fans, as well as 1 oscillating fan and 2 table fans. 1st Floor has ceramic tile flooring throughout, new kitchen countertops and new laundry room with washer/dryer!  Dining room and kitchen were just opened up to make one gathering place. Kitchen has a gas stove/oven, over the stove microwave as well as a larger microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/automatic ice maker, new dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. You can dine at the kitchen island with bar stools or at the adjacent dining room table.  Half Bathroom features new pedestal sink and toilet.  Expansive family room with sun room features lots of windows, ceramic tile flooring, Cable TV with VHS/DVD Player. New sofa, loveseat, chaise lounge, coffee table & club chairs! 2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  1st Bedroom is a Master King-size ensuite (w/shower stall) bedroom with ceiling fan, Cable TV w/DVD player, new a/c unit and its own private deck.  2nd bedroom with ceiling fan and new a/c unit has a Queen size bed and its own private deck.  3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, new a/c unit and ceiling fan. There is also a 2nd full bathroom (shower/tub) on this floor that has new ceramic tile flooring and ceramic wall tiles as well as a new pedestal sink & new toilet. 3rd Floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom (shower stall, 2 sinks, toilet).  4th Bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 5th bedroom has 3 twin beds.  Both 3rd floor bedrooms have new window a/c units. Ocean City, New Jersey is a seashore community at the northern tip of Cape May County, just 20 minutes from Atlantic City, 70 minutes from Philadelphia, and two hours from New York City. If you're not familiar with Ocean City, New Jersey, please visit the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce's website (www.oceancityvacation.com).  Ocean City is famous for its two mile long boardwalk.  The boardwalk features mini golf, waterslides, amusement rides, pizza parlors, fast food establishments, ice cream, video arcades, wonderful beach, shops and much much more!  Gillian's Island Waterpark and Adventure Golf is on the boardwalk at Plymouth Place, just 1 block from our house!  The Chamber's website has links to area attractions, shopping, beach info., a street map, list of churches, parks & playgrounds, etc.  You can also request a Visitor's Guide to Ocean City to be mailed to you.  In addition to the activities at the beaches, Ocean City's bay area has water ski and jet boat rentals.  See the Press of Atlantic City's Shore Guide about Ocean City.  Summer 2009 Rates range from $1,650.00 - $3,300.00 per week - for a maximum of 12 people. To reserve your stay for Summer 2009, we require a 30% deposit. Rental Rates    are in $US Minimum 7 Nights Stay.  Maximum Occupancy is 12 People.  No Pets & No Smoking Policy.  Discounts given for multiple week stays.  Personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard & American Express accepted.
